Community Guidelines
Community standard
Resonant Records is built for artists and members to publish, collaborate and communicate without being buried under unnecessary gatekeeping. That trust depends on people behaving responsibly.
Be decent
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, discriminate against or deliberately humiliate other users. Disagreement and blunt criticism are allowed; targeted abuse and intimidation are not.
Protect minors
Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation and attempts to use the platform to contact minors for sexual purposes are prohibited without exception and may be reported to authorities.
Publish only what you can use
Do not upload or publish music, artwork, photographs, videos, writing or other material unless you have the right or permission to use it. Do not impersonate artists or falsely claim ownership or representation.
Do not damage the platform
Do not spam, scrape, overload, manipulate exposure or plays, bypass access controls, spread malware, publish dangerous links or attempt to access private accounts or information.
Private spaces are still covered
These rules apply to public posts, comments, internal profiles, group chat and direct messages. Reported private messages and relevant context may be reviewed by authorised staff.
Moderation
Resonant Records may warn users, hide or remove content, restrict comments or messaging, remove member access, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or close accounts where necessary. Context matters, but safety, rights and platform security come first.
