The band all grown up. This is a track i wrote 2+ years ago when i was going through some shit. “My Broken Sanctuary” comes from a time when everything felt like it was closing in. It’s not about fighting the world head-on, it’s about surviving it quietly. The noise, the pressure, the disconnect… all of it gets shut out behind closed doors. This track leans into that contrast. The chaos in your head versus the only place that feels stable. Loyalty without judgment. Presence without questions. When nothing else makes sense, that small space becomes everything.
